My graphical ace-in-the-hole: ColorHexa

Things are afoot, but nothing I'm going to talk about right now. So I'm going to talk about ColorHexa instead.

I stumbled across this site while looking for a tool to shift saturations in a color. But this is even better: given a color, it will tell you all sorts of information about it, including the complimentary colors in the palette. As someone who knows almost zero color theory (but can look at two colors next to each other and say "Yes, yes, that doesn't burn my eyes, yes"), this is going to be a Godsend for me.
